I have been fortunate enough to play in around 35 bands in my lifetime.
This has given me the opportunity to play with some truly inspirational players and make lifelong friends.
Below is some information and memories about just some of them.
The Roy Bailey Big Band
Meticulously organized by Claire and David this band has a great deal of fun playing both traditional and modern Big Band tunes. Playing drums in a Big Band is like driving an enormous truck that will go where it wants to if you don’t keep a tight hold of the wheel.

Hypermused – Muse Tribute Band
I honestly didn’t know much about Muse when I started this but the music is superb fun to play and Paul and Carl gave it everything at every perfomandce – usually in front of an audience who knew the songs as well as we did.
